purpose of the Registrar's Office is to support the instructional
mission of the University and to serve as student and faculty
advocates in the implementation of academic policies. From
the time you decide to come to our University our office will
keep a file of your personal and academic information. This
is updated every semester with the courses that you complete
and grades you receive. We are linked directly to the main
Campus in Indianapolis because we are essentially one University.
We just implemented a new computer system utilizing the latest
technology to provide both you and the institution with better
service. From this system we maintain academic records, conduct
registration activities, and arrange for courses to be added,
dropped, or withdrawn.
We also produce class schedules, certif enrollments, and
completion of degrees. We can provide unofficial transcripts
and arrange with the main campus for official transcripts
of your studies. We keep records of courses, enrollments,
classrooms, faculty loads. We record transfer credit from
universities you may have attended at the past. Also we
will explain to you how to remove an incomplete grade, repeat
a class, ineligibility and probation status.
