Using
the Library
In order to gain
access to the library and use its facilities, students are
kindly requested to show their student ID card.
Students without ID cards will not be able to check
out any material from the library.
Loan
Policies
Undergraduate Students:
3 books for 2
weeks
Graduate Students:
4 books for 2 weeks
Instructors:
- Course textbooks for 1 semester
- Supplementary material for 1 semester
- Main collection items for 3 weeks
**Loan policies
during terms will be posted in the library.
Renewals
Items may be renewed for one more week.
Renewals are acceptable via phone or
e-mail. Renewals
are not granted during heavy demand periods (terms /
inter-sessions).
Returns
/ Fines
All items must be returned by the date stamped on the
circulation card.
Fines for overdue books are 15 cents per day.
