Dr. Margarita Aggeliki Schina

School of Professional Psychology, Chicago, IL, USA, 2002.
Dr. Margarita A. Schina is a Lecturer of Clinical Psychology
and the Counselor at the University of Indianapolis, Athens
Campus. She is a licensed psychotherapist who also works
in private practice, mainly with adults in both individual
and group sessions. Her clinical experience includes work
at the Counseling Center of the School of the Art Institute
of Chicago, various psychiatric clinics, family community
centers, and the Kovler Center for the Treatment of Survivors
of Torture, all located in the greater Chicagoland area.
Her clinical interests focuses on issues of multi-cultural
perspectives in diagnosis and therapy, Post-Traumatic Stress
Disorder, Stress Management and Relaxation Techniques, the
experience of loss and the connection between mourning and
creativity. She is a registered member of the Association
of Greek Psychologists and the American Psychological Association.
