Student Life and Counseling Service a wide variety of personal
growth, self-exploration, academic and career counseling
services free-of-charge to the campus community including
Students, Staff, and Faculty.
All visits are confidential, which means that your name
and the nature of your visit are not to be announced or
discussed with anyone unless you specifically request it.
At the Counseling Center you may discuss any personal matter
on which you feel you may need expert help.
There is also available information on issues such as:
Time management
Study habits
and test anxiety
Overcoming
procrastination
Typical stress
periods
Wellness
education
Flyers with information on such issues are posted outside
the Counseling Center and students and staff are welcome
to take any that are of interest to them.
Groups on Stress, Anger, and Time Management will meet
throughout the year; the schedule will be posted on the
school's bulletin boards.
The Counseling Center is in the process of developing a
library of self-help books that can be loaned to the university's
students and staff. There is an available list of self-help
books both in Greek and in English.
The Office is located on the 4th floor of the Voulis 29
Building, and it operates twice a week. The hours of operation
change with every semester, so please contact the office
before visiting. There are two ways of making an appointment
to speak with the Counselor:
you may

with the Counseling Center;
you may sign
up yourself on the weekly schedule posted outside the office.
